Our bilingual nursery in Clapham is rated GOOD by OFTSED following the last visit in March 2024. Please see below some of the extract from the Clapham nursery report:
“Staff have high expectations of children. Children are safe and very happy at this nurturing and stimulating nursery. “
“”Staff develop strong relationships with parents. They keep them well informed about their children’s development.
“The manager and the staff have created a strong sense of community within the nursery. Parents comment about the warm and caring atmosphere.»
“Staff offer children plenty of time and space to be physically active. Children enjoy climbing and balancing, either in the garden area or in the soft-play area.”
“Children of all ages are good communicators. They speak clearly and engage in meaningful conversations with staff in both English and French.”

“Staff greet children warmly as they arrive at nursery. Children have strong relationships with their key person and separate from parents easily. Parents are highly appreciative of this nursery. They comment that their children enjoy their time at nursery. They speak highly of the nurturing staff. “
“”Children learn what makes them unique. Staff support children to value their cultural heritage. They explore the different foods, customs and music from countries linked to their families.
“Children have strong relationships with their key person and separate from parents easily. They enjoy exploring the environment and join their friends as they play.”
“Leaders have designed a well-thought-out curriculum. Each stage of children’s learning has been carefully considered well. Leaders and managers are passionate and have an ambitious vision for the nursery.”
“Children hear both French and English spoken equally in this bilingual nursery. Staff are clear about what vocabulary they want children to know and give them opportunities to practise this. This helps children learn words in both languages”
