Salary
We pay above industry benchmark because our employees are the most important asset to us and the children.
Bonus
We also give out bonuses every six months to recognise the great work our employees do. They’re pretty good too!
Sick pay
We’ve got a great sick pay program, so you don’t have to worry too much about losing money if you’re not feeling well.
Holidays
You get extra holiday for birthdays , you get three extra days off between Christmas and New Year’s after one year of service. We also get an extra days off for each year we work here until 4 years of service where you get 28 days + bank holidays.
Discount fees for children
If you have kids, after a year with us you can get a 70% discount on their nursery fees if they go to one of our nurseries.
